give your ideas the space to grow
For sensitives, rebels, and mulipassionate creatives…
this soft landing place is for you.
"Into the Woods" is a four-week in-person workshop series for sensitive creatives to tend to their ideas, immerse themselves into a project that matters to them, and walk through the stages of growth to bring a body of work to life.
☾𖤓☽…pause before sharing and need safety before showing your vulnerability.
☾𖤓☽…second-guess (aka overthink) your way out of your best ideas before they have a chance to grow.
☾𖤓☽…are stuck in perfectionism and struggle to start, finish, or share your work.
☾𖤓☽…need accountability that feels like a soft place to land, not a shove.
☾𖤓☽…have 77 unfinished projects on the go(I see you and there’s no judgment).
☾𖤓☽…are tired of being told you need a "thicker skin" when your sensitivity is actually your edge as a creative.
☾𖤓☽…are curious about going within the body to unravel patterns keeping you stuck.
☾𖤓☽…are looking to share your project, business idea, or art-in-progess with people who just get you.
☾𖤓☽…are ready to end the procrastination loop and finally build momentum.
ThiS CREATIVE CONTAINTER is for you, if you…
Inside “into the woods”
↟𖠰˚☀︎ᨒ↟𖠰
This workshop series follows a cyclical theme, with each week exploring a different stage of growth. You will walk away with the clarity, tools, and a roadmap to navigate the seasons of your project’s life cycle.
-
Getting our hands dirty.
We dig into the soil of your ideas. You will share your "whisper" out loud and receive feedback on how it fits into your overall vision. This is where we move from thinking to doing—spending dedicated time watering your seed.
𖦹 Outcome: Clarity on which idea to pursue and dedicated time spent actually growing your project.
-
The friction of growth
You bring your “shitty first draft” as we explore the hidden growth phase of dormancy—the liminal space before the visible sprout appears. This is the “messy middle” where we learn to stay anchored in our work (and bodies) even when the process feels disorienting
𖦹 Outcome: Learning how to sit with the discomfort of sharing unfinished work and widening your capacity to handle the messiness of growth.
-
Building a trellis of support.
We take inventory of your resources—from finances and project management to community support and emotional wellbeing tools. We identify the missing gaps in your ecosystem to ensure your project has the infrastructure to grow.
𖦹 Outcome: You construct a sustainable plan to fill your resource gaps and build a roadmap that respects your energy and your life.
-
The art of being seen.
We hold space for the beauty and terror of visibility. In this final week, you will share a short “pitch” of your project. We use this space to practice being seen and stay grounded in our bodies while our work is on display.
𖦹 Outcome: Real-world practice sharing your work (true embodiment) and the profound growth and confidence that comes from being witnessed.

Meet your guide through the woods
Hi, I’m Robo. I’m an embodiment coach, writer & creative workshop facilitator—oh and a proud sensie (my word for sensitive)!
I created this circle—The Sensie Club—to gather Highly Sensitive Creatives (HSCs) into a safe space where you can share ideas, grow your projects, and get coaching support as you navigate your work (and life) as a sensitive human.
As a creative and entrepreneur, I know that sharing your art, a meaningful project, or a business with the world is a vulnerable act. That’s we why need the right people in our corner to grow, so why not do it together?

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. You don’t need a fully-formed blueprint to start the walk. In our first week, we focus specifically on clarity. Even if your idea feels vague or quiet right now, trust that it’s there. We’ll create the space for it to make itself known.
-
The Sensie Club is built specifically for you. We use embodiment tools to help regulate the nervous system, and there is never any pressure to "perform." We move at the pace of our bodies.
-
It’s a unique blend of embodied coaching and creative facilitation, specifically tailored for the highly sensitive. I use my training as an embodied coach and my skills as a creative facilitator to create a space that helps you move through the growth cycle of a project with real support. Often, creative workshops focus only on the 'doing,' but we focus on the 'being' too—ensuring that as your project grows, your nervous system feels held and capable of growing with it.
-
Week 3 will give you a roadmap, but the weekly workshops are designed to be the primary space where you "water the seed." Expect about 1–2 hours of gentle integration work between sessions.

Yes! I believe we are all creative and we just channel it in different ways. Being an "artist" isn't a prerequisite for this workshop series. Whether you're building a project, a business, or a new way of working, this is for anyone who wants to bring something into existence with support.
