Create The Art That Is Living In Your Heart
Your creative work is more than a hobby–it’s a calling. But even though every fibre of your being longs to create and share your art with the world, you’ve put your creativity on the back burner. Something is missing from your life. You feel it on a cellular level.
↟𖠰˚☀︎ᨒ↟𖠰
But just between you and me, it’s not your fault. Our mainstream society doesn’t value creativity; our systems rarely support artists, and even the ones closest to us see our creativity as a nice-to-have when for you, it’s your lifeline. I want you to know that creativity is your birthright, and with the right support, you can make creativity a priority in your life. That is the heart behind why I created Into the Woods, a three-month creative embodiment coaching program for creatives at any stage of their journey.
A Creative Embodiment Coaching Program for Creatives of All Kinds
Into the Woods is a creative embodiment coaching program that supports creatives and the creative-curious at any stage of their art journey. Whether you’re looking to rediscover your creative spark, return to a sustainable creative practice, or want to build momentum on a creative project that matters to you, I meet you where you’re at. In our time together, you will develop an idea or creative project, discover the patterns that keep you creatively stuck, and learn to move through stages of growth to bring a body of creative work to life.
Creativity is your birthright
〰️
Creativity is your birthright 〰️
𖤓☽…return to a creative practice with less resistance without relying on sporadic sparks of motivation.
𖤓☽…build momentum and finally finish that creative project that’s been living in your drawer for years
𖤓☽…uncover the patterns that are keeping you stuck and learn to move through them with compassion.
𖤓☽…dust off the cobwebs of that project that’s lived in your heart (and drafts) for years and develop the courage to begin again.
𖤓☽ confront the inner work that has been holding you back from your creative work.
𖤓☽…receive compassionate accountability that challenges you and motivates you to grow.
𖤓☾…leave the creatively unfulfilled life behind and begin a new creative chapter.
This Creative Embodiment Coaching Program Is for You, If You Want to…
This Container is Not for You If…
𖤓 …you're looking for a quick fix. Somatic work moves at the pace of your body and nervous system capacity.
𖤓…you need technical craft feedback. My role as a creative embodiment coach is to help you move past internal blocks, so you actually create more—although I’m more than happy to recommend craft experts at any stage of our journey together!
𖤓… you aren’t open to exploring the body. My coaching style takes a mind-body approach to dealing with creative blocks. If you aren’t curious about this aspect of my work, then I’m not the coach for you.
Inside Into The Woods
This creative embodiment coaching program follows a cyclical nature-based approach, with each session focusing on a theme. In our time together, we will meet bi-weekly for 1:1 sessions and work through four stages of growth, spanning over 12 weeks. Using nature-based themes as an anchor and metaphor, our 1:1 sessions will support you in finding your own creative rhythm and help you tune into what feels sustainable for your creative journey.
-
Share your idea
We dig into the soil of your ideas. You share your whisper or that creative project that’s been sitting in your drawer, and we explore how you can bring your creative vision to life.
-
Your story
We dig into the narratives that have contributed to holding you back from prioritising your art. Through this deep exploration, you’ll begin to find agency in your story that can support you as you create or even share your art.
-
The Messy Middle
We explore how you navigate the fluctuating growth periods in your creative practice and explore how you stay anchored in your work and body when the creative process feels messy or disorienting.
-
Visibility
We dig into your relationship with visibility (being seen) and explore how you can widen your capacity for the discomfort of having your creative work on display, be it sharing it with your friends or an online following, or a live audience.
Meet Your Guide Into The Woods
Hi, I’m Robo. I’m an embodiment coach, writer & creative workshop facilitator. I created this cohort to support creatives who are stuck on their creative journey. I take a somatic approach to creative coaching, guiding creatives to tap into their bodily intelligence. Through this, creatives will discover their agency again and develop a more sustainable relationship with their creative practices.
𖠰
Into the Woods is a metaphor for how creatives can explore their relationship to nature as a cycle. There will be times of dormancy in our creative life—an inner winter, if you will—but like any cycle of nature, there will be a time to bloom again. Through this journey, I’m inviting creatives to explore their relationship to creativity as a journey into the woods. You may arrive in the forest disoriented, foggy, and disconnected, but you never leave the same.
ᨒ
I spent half my career as a copywriter until I began hosting monthly creative workshops to help adults let go of perfectionism in their art. Now I support creatives to include their bodies in their creative work through 1:1 somatic coaching.
↟
If you’re looking for a space where you can cultivate self-trust as an artist, the space I’m creating is a soft place to land—and grow. I know that the creative process and sharing your art with the world is a vulnerable act—which is why I created this safe container so that you can build a fulfilling creative life.
Love Robo xx
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely. You don’t need a fully-formed blueprint to start the walk. In our first week, we focus specifically on clarity. Even if your idea feels vague or quiet right now, trust that it’s there. We’ll create the space for it to make itself known.

Creative Embodiment coaching is a somatic approach that supports creatives at any stage of their creative journey. It is a unique type of coaching that includes the body in the process of creativity. Too often, we try to think our way out of creative blocks when those patterns are actually stuck in the body. My coaching approach is to dig beneath the surface, to go beyond the mind, and explore what’s happening with your body to help you understand what’s keeping you stuck. With this body-mind approach, we work at the pace of your body to build a sustainable roadmap that supports your creative practice. My work deals with the creative emotional landscape that helps artists show up over and over to their creative practice and supports creatives as they do the deep inner work that will sustain their creative practice.

This creative embodiment container is creative of all kinds at any stage of the journey. Whether you’re the storyteller with stand-up content but you’re too afraid to refine your material, the curious creative who hasn’t picked up a brush since childhood, or the artist who is eager to share their work but is too afraid of being seen–this is a space to explore what’s holding you back from your creative expression.
-
My embodiment method deals with forms of resistance that show up on the creative path. This may include tackling perfectionism, procrastination, or a harsh-inner critic. But there’s also a practical approach to my coaching that involves goal-setting, which may include getting my clients to share their creative work with others, signing up for writing courses, or supporting them in finishing their creative projects, for example. While the bulk of my work deals with inner work aspects of the creative path, doing the creative work is a byproduct of my coaching, not the main aspect of our work together.
-
No, I’m a certified embodiment and transformation coach. While there are therapeutic aspects to it, I don’t have the training to support those dealing with trauma on a large scale. Coaching is a collaborative process where we work together towards a future-oriented goal. There will be instances where we touch on the past, but doing therapeutic work is out of scope. If we discover in our time together that this is the case, I will happily recommend you to some experts in this field who will be better suited to support you.

The creative process is a vulnerable act. You will brush up against many discomforts when you decide to commit to any creative act. This is unavoidable. Whether it’s dealing with the creative process—staring at the blank page, deleting drafts prematuring, or returning to your art on day 2 with more resistance—or sharing your art with others and discovering you want to run away–creative expression demands bravery. We are often told to push through or think our way out of it, but none of those are effective strategies. We need to look beneath the surface and see what’s happening in the body to re-create new patterns. Through the somatic approach, you will learn how to face the discomfort on your creative journey and rediscover your agency to show up bravely. This may look like building a stronger muscle of resilience to show up to your work–even the messy parts, a determination to improve your craft, or renewed confidence to share your creative work. The outcome of this inner work may look different for your individual path, but what remains consistent in the work I do with my clients remains the same: empowerment.
